Long time listener, first time caller.
Here are three pics of my regular commuter. It's a KHS Aero Track, picked up for a measly $100 Australian dollars for the frame, fork and seatpost. The seatpost is a Primax aero post, topped by a Flite saddle. The bars are incomparable Mavic bullhorns, wrapped in denim blue Cinelli cork tape, and plugged with a single Dia Compe aero lever, which is in turn connected to a Mavic SSC front brake. The wheels are IRD cartridge bearing hubs (32 hole) laced to Mavic MA3 rims - 3 cross - with 14/15g double butted spokes, and Michelin tyres. A Sugino crank on a Dura-Ace bottom bracket spins a 48 tooth chainring, a Sachs track chain and an 18 tooth cog at the back. A Dura-Ace headset, Kalloy stem and Shimano SPD pedals complete the package.
It's a delight to ride, although drop from the seat to the bars is pretty savage. Still, it's nothing that ibuprofen and yoga can't fix.
G'day to any other Melbourne riders, and many thanks for the gallery and the forum.
